This article will be about how to do energy manipulation and how to make a psiball.  Before you can even think of making a psiball though, you will have to have an understanding of energy manipulation.  So, here goes nothing!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Energy Manipulation-&lt;br /&gt;Everyone is made of energy. This has been accepted and proven by science, so for all those skeptics who only believe in science, you must believe this.  Now, if we are all made of energy, can't we manipulate that energy?   This is what is known as energy manipulation.  Now to perform Energy Manip, you use a process called visualization.   Visualization is basically, well, you know when you day dream. You are visualizing.  So basically, you just see something in your head.  Ok, now onto the methods!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Energy Manipulation Method 1- Visual Visualization:&lt;br /&gt;Ok, first you will need to lay down and relax.  Once you get good at energy manip, you can do it pretty much anywhere, but for now, just lay down and relax.  Deep breaths.  Once you feel that you are relaxed, you'll want to start the visualization.  The method I use, is energy breathing.   First, find out what energy looks like to you.  It can be anything, but it is best to use what you think of as energy.  Just to help I'll give you what Ivisualize.  I usually visualize Blue electricity, white light, or water.  All these work for me, and I switch off.  Remember, use what you think would work best for you.  Just meditate and find out what will work!  Next, you have to visualize yourself breathing in the energy.  Once I do that, and it is in my body, I visualize it going down my arms and chest, down my legs and into my feet.  Basically, that is charging, and will make you feel very energized!  To manipulate it, you just visualize it going whereever you want it to go.  Also, to start your practice with a psiball, try to make the energy go down into your hands.  Really try to feel it going down your body and into your hands.  Once you can FEEL the energy, you are ready to start with psiballs!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Energy Manipulation Method 2- Tactile Visualization:&lt;br /&gt;This method seems to be a little harder to understand when you are first starting energy manipulation.  Therefore, I would suggest the visual visualization first, before you start this.  Anyhow, here’s the method!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tactile visualization is where you feel instead of see.  So, to make the energy go into your hands, you would FEEL yourself breathing it in.  It might feel hot, cold, tingly, heavy, light, whatever.  The important thing is that you feel something.  If you do, this is the psi that is traveling down your body. It is really effective to combine both methods of visualization into one, for more impact!  Once you can FEEL the psi going throughout your body, you’re ready to make a psiball!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Psiballs- FINALLY!&lt;br /&gt;Ok, I trust that you are good at energy manipulation before reading this.  You are??? Good, then let's go!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;First off, start breathing in energy and directing it toward your hands, with whichever method you see fit.  Once you can feel the charge in your hands, your ready to make the psiball.  The charge feels exactly like the psi did, when it was traveling through your body.  When my hands are charges, I feel a strong tingle, and sometimes my hands feel heavier than normal.  At first, you might not feel anything, but just keep at it, and you will eventually get it!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; To make the ball, instead of visualizing it going into your hands and stopping, visualize it flowing out in between your hands and forming into a ball.  One thing that I should add is how to hold your hands.  The answer to that is, whatever is most comfortable for you.  I perfer one hand on top of the other, but do what you want.  So, as I said, visualize the energy forming into a ball.  Everybreath you take, the ball gets bigger.  Now one of the main problems that people have in creating the psiball, is getting the energy to “flow” out into their hands.  This is also the problem I had, and it is solved with practice.  Basically, make sure your visualization is very clear, and try to FEEL it flow out in between the space in your hands.  Once you have done it once, you will know the feeling, and it will be easier to accomplish the feat again. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If you feel the energy between your hands, Congratulations! You’ve just made a psiball!  Of course, with any psionic abilities, this just takes practice.  It could take from 1 day to 1 month, however, the normal time is about 1 week.  Just remember not to get frustrated, and if you do, take a break.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Also, it is much easier to do energy manipulation when your mind is clear, so meditation really helps.  If you don’t know any meditations, that’s fine, but I won’t be discussing any here, because it is outside of the scope of this article. And, it's finally here.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;First off, I want to give you allitle backround on how I found out about and used this method. I had been practicing Pyschokenis (telekinesis and from here on out, TK) and nothing seemed to be working. All the methods I had tried, came up short. I relize that I did not spend enough time practicing, but I could just feel that the method I was doing, wouldn't work for me. Therefore, I decided to analyze what was wrong, during meditation. This is what I found. It seemed that the problem was, I didn't have complete confidence in my method. Also, the method that I was using was to active, to try and move something. TK happens from a very passive mindset. Anyways, I set out on a quest to find a passive method that would work for me. Well, hold on. Let's back up and I will tell you why a passive mindset works best. The first thing to understand, is that your subconcious is the one that performs TK. There is no way around that concept. So, if you are to active during your method, you actually prevent your sub-c from performing the act of TK. By relizing this, I was able to find the perfect method for me. Ah, finally, you all are shouting, "I don't care!!! Just show me the method!!!" Ok, here goes nothing-&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My techniqe involves being really passive in order to allow your sub-c to move the object of your choice. This method might take a little longer to learn than others, but in the long run, it will provide the most benifits. So, without any further interruptions, heres the method!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Step 1: In order to allow your sub-c to move the object, you must be relaxed in order to let it do it's work. To do this, I suggest just focus on your breathing or on a single object. Do whatever helps you clear your mind. You can try meditation if you want. I personally don't do it usually, but I tried it once or twice and didn't really notice a difference. However, I encourage you to try everything, and see what works for you!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Step 2: Now that you are relaxed, it is important have your intention in mind. Some methods say that you should mentally say your intention, but that's where my method differs from most "just do it" methods. Just to clear this up, when I say "my method" this really isn't my method. I just mean the one that I am presenting to you. This method is ofcourse pretty widely known, but I feel that this has a few variations that need to be shared. Ok, so instead of stating your intention, which I believe is to active, just focus on the object and your breathing. See, unlike most "just do it" methods, this requires no active, "becoming one with the object." I could never really do that conciously, which is why I think this method works.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Step 3: Let it spin! Basically, the next part is hard to describe. You have sat down, relaxed, and focused on the object. Now, you have to just expect it to spin, but in a passive way. I guess that really isn't the best way to describe it. Just kinda focus on the object, without to much intrest. The correct mindset for TK is not, oooo I am trying to perform TK. It is, I don't really care, and I'm not really trying to move it. See the difference? Basically, don't show so much intrest on moving it. Just let it happen.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Step 4: Stay calm. If you get to excited it won't spin, or if it was, it will stop spinning.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Step 5: PRACTICE- This step is pretty self-explanatory!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Conclusion- Remember, this method is all passive, just focus on the object. I will have another article coming up with greater detail about the correct mindset for TK.
